How long do I have to wait till my item ships out?
Once your item has been process you will receive an email for all of your items. With an ETA for each product. Not every product is going to have the same ETA it depends on where the item is shipping from. Expect 1-3 days for processing and 7-10 business days for normal shipping. Express shipping is also available.
How can I receive a full refund for my item?
Return of an item will only be processed if the tags are still on garments. If the item has not been washed or torn we can process your return. Please allow 7-10 business days for us to process your refund. Processing time can also reflect back onto your financial institutions.
All Sale Items are final sale no returns or refunds.
Are you accepting Returns during Covid-19?
We care for the safety of our clients and our staff. With Covid-19 we are not able to process return or exchanges; However we are willing to issue you a in store credit. Our goal is to make sure you are satisfied with our products and services. Once business is back to normal we will be able to accept returns. We have extended our return policy to 20 days from once you have received the item. Please feel free to contact us.

We usually restock items around 1-3 weeks. If you would like to be notified of an item that has been restocked. Please notify us through email.
